Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can return your item within 14 days of purchase starting from the date of delivery.

Sale - We do not accept returns on sale items 

Earrings - For hygiene reasons, we regret that we cannot accept returns of earrings unless faulty.

All shipping charges are non refundable. 

Items returned for a refund must be in brand new, unworn condition with all of the original packaging. 

To start a return, please contact info.eightmoonstore@gmail.com with your full name and order number to notify us of your return. Please explain what you are returning and why. 

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products. Please use a reliable courier with tracked delivery and ensure that the courier will provide insurance for the full value of the parcel otherwise we cannot be held responsible if the item goes missing on its return. Any damage to packaging in transit in not included as a fault. We cannot accept responsibility for any parcels lost in transit.

Error 
No credit or refund will be given for any goods ordered in error by customer.
 

Damages and Issues

We pride ourselves on our beautiful & high-quality jewellery but occasionally accidents occur. If your jewellery arrives damaged, please email info.eightmoonstore@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the item along with your order number so that we can investigate and resolve the matter for you swiftly and efficiently.

We will always endeavour to respond within 24 hours or as soon as possible after the weekend.

Refund Eligibility

You are not entitled to a refund unless there is a fault which was not caused by misuse, an accident, normal wear and tear, or by not following the care instructions. Refunds will only be issued for items that meet these criteria.

Exchanges

Please reach out to us at info.eightmoonstore@gmail.com. We will reserve the desired item for you, allowing you to then proceed with returning the item you currently have. Please ensure that items returned for an exchange or refund are in brand new, unworn condition and include all original packaging. Buyers are responsible for covering the exchange shipping fee to return the item back to us.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info.eightmoonstore@gmail.com.
