Know and Measure Your Ring Size

Measure your ring size at the end of the day when your fingers are warm. Each finger is actually a different size, and most of the time the fingers on your right hand are about half a size bigger than your fingers on your left hand. Also, your individual finger doesn't have an exact “size” that will always feel comfortable.

Avoid measuring when you're cold, as fingers are at least half a size smaller.

Measure the finger at least three times to prevent inaccuracies.

We keep our packaging simple and we have chosen to ship all of our jewellery in a minimal way yet the unboxing experience is just as delightful.

Our packaging is 100% plastic-free and made from recycled & recyclable materials where possible. All of our boxes, tissue, sticker and thank you card can be recycled in your household paper recycling. Our custom-designed luxury microfiber button pouch is reusable and is perfectly designed for travelling where you can store your jewellery wherever you go.

We only offer 1 jewellery pouch per order. This is to help save unnecessary waste and remain as eco friendly as possible. If you require additional jewellery box or pouch for gifting, please mention at the check out box.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 working days - Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays) ship from the UK.

Please Note: Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. 

Once your order has been fully processed and handed over to a shipping courier, you will be sent a dispatch confirmation email containing a tracking details for your parcel.

As all deliveries are handled by shipping couriers (and are not under our control), all arrival times provided below are estimates. There is always a small chance that your delivery may come earlier or later than specified.

Before you finalise and submit your order please ensure that the delivery address is correct, including the postcode.

* Working Days are classed as Monday to Friday inclusive.
** Next Working Day delivery orders placed after midday on a Friday will be despatched the following Monday, with the exception of UK Public Holidays.

INTERNATIONAL

All international orders are shipped via different international couriers, ensuring a faster delivery and more reliable.

*Please note, customer is responsible for all customs charges. 
 

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
EIGHTMOON is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Customers are responsible for paying the relevant import taxes and duties when an order reaches its destination country.
 
SHIPPING DELAYS
Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control. On occasion, shipping companies experience shipping delays due to harsh weather, shortage of staff, post office strike and force majeure. We are not able to refunds due to shipping delays. 

A signature is required before orders are delivered to prevent loss. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen item once the tracking shows that an order has been delivered.

• Take it off when you go to bed.

• Take your jewellery off if you're involved in any activity which could scratch, knock or damage it. If in any doubt, take it off and keep it safe.

• Keep it well away from chemicals, especially chlorine. If it does come into contact with chemicals, rinse it in water immediately.

• Apply lotions or perfumes before you put your jewellery on.

• Remove jewellery while cooking, cleaning and washing up.

• When storing jewellery, please keep it away from sunlight, excessive heat or damp conditions.

• Gently rub your piece with a soft microfibre cloth to polish it. 

To ensure the longevity and brilliance of your jewellery, we recommend utilising the complimentary soft pouch included within your recyclable EIGHTMOON packaging. Storing each piece individually within a pouch will prevent scratching, tangling, and other potential damage caused by friction. Silver jewellery, in particular, benefits from a cool, dry, and dark storage environment.
